As Crystal Meth takes an ever bigger toll on LGBT Americans, OutCast asks why we aren't talking more about it in Austin....and what resources are available in the Austin community to stop it?

OutCast welcomes Dr. Jane Maxwell, a senior research scientist with the Center for Social Work Research at the University of Texas at Austin, where she is director of the Center for Excellence in Epidemiology in the Gulf Coast Addiction Technology Transfer Center. Her specialty is monitoring alcohol and drug abuse patterns and trends in the U.S. and internationally.
