It's Sunday, December 28th, and tonight on OutCast, rising star of the bareback porn industry, Christian, is in the studio.
He'll answer some of those behind the scenes porn questions we have, and he'll also talk seriously about the place of condomless porn in today's world of escalating HIV infections.
Plus, Austin filmaker PJ Raval talks about an upcoming screening of his award-winning documentary film, "Trinidad", about a one-time Colorado frontier town which is now known as the sex-change capital of the world. Lisa Scheps of the Transgender Education Network of Texas also joins us for this interview.
It's not for the faint of heart....certainly a very adult installment of OutCast. So, put the kiddies to bed and join us for some graphic talk about being queer in the 21st century.

Jason Howell is trying to create a safe haven for queer Austinites struggling with addiction. Jason is the founder of SoberHood, and he's in the studio to discuss Lone Star Sober House, the first sober-living facility in Austin specifically designed to be welcoming to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people working to stay clean and sober. Jason is joined by Pancho, a current resident at Lone Star Sober House.
Also in the studio is Stewart Gallas, a licensed professional counselor and social work associate, who is here to tell us why the holiday season may be especially tough for LGBT families struggling with addiction.
Plus, OutCast essayist Douglas Plummer shares with us a moving story of holiday generosity.

ZACH Theatre introduces a new elf for its production of David Sedaris' wickedly funny The Santaland Diaries, now onstage at ZACH through January 11, 2009.
Espie Randolph joins us in the studio to talk about his latest role as Crumpet.
David Alan is consumed by the craft of mixology. A couple of years ago, he had a cocktailian coming out, a voyage of discovery that satisfied so many basic needs: suddenly he had an academic excuse to spend time and money in liquor stores and bars.
Now with TipsyTexan, he helps us all appreciate and enjoy the art of the cocktail.

One man, nine characters, loads of holiday laughs! "Abuelita's Christmas Carol" is back in Austin for four shows only in an unforgettable solo performance by the talented and hilarious playwright Alex Garza, who joins us tonight in the studio.
"Abuelita's Christmas Carol" is onstage Saturdays & Sundays, December 13th/14th and December 20th/21st at City Theatre, 3823 Airport Blvd.
Finally tonight, Edward Cruz is here. Edward is the founder of a classic Austin affair known as the Austin Santa Speedo Fun Run. Based on similar events in Toronto and Boston, there's a reason it's called a Santa Speedo Run. Runners are asked to wear a red, white or green Speedo for the event. Chilly? Probably. Chafing? Possibly. Friggin hysterical and a once in a lifetime opportunity? Definitely.
The Austin Santa Speedo Fun Run is Saturday, December 13th at the Trail of Lights 5k run in Zilker Park.
